VIRNECT MAKE is the tool that enables users to make information needed in industry in general, for example from facility management & education to work protocol, into AR contents. It is All-In-One tool that enables users to make, distribute and modify the AR contents used for various types of industrial devices. With VIRNECT MAKE, the company is able to build up the safe and efficient work environment and manage that by themselves.
List Formation and
Contents Making in Steps
Selecting and forming the list that enables the checking of the contents and provide the contents making environment in steps that helps the understanding of the users.
Real Time Data
AR Contents Making
Users will be able to select the key data for the tasks and make it into AR contents with VIRNECT MAKE. It will also help site workers to achieve better decision making and working progress.
Cross Platform
AR Contents Making
Let alone with the Smartphone and Tablet PC, various types of devices such as SmartGlass products including HoloLens are accessible to AR contents made with the VIRNECT VIEW.
AR Contents Making
with Various Types of Targets
Users can choose the types of AR content targets such as QR Code/Image/Instant and more. VR content making is also possible with choosing the instant target as well.
Optimization for Different Devices
When users pick the devices for the usage of the content, best-optimized function for the device will be offered. This will help users to make AR contents that maximize the pros of the device that they have chosen.
Task Reporting List Making
Facility checking and maintenance information can be turn into AR e-document, and managers can be assigned based on that. Users can be debriefed from the assigned managers regarding their tasks in real time.
Interaction Setting
Users can set the customized interaction and each reactions for buttons and assets. Users are also able to expand AR contents as single application and distribute it.
Adding Animation
Animation can be added for different objects, which helps presenting the direction or speed of the objects' movement. Objects with mobility will enhance the concentration of the workers, and contribute to intuitive understanding of the works.

Should I install Anti-virus or Anti malware app?
You need to make sure your computer is protected all the time. Research whether this is the right one for you. Many times the option added to the computer is not very strong and will not protect you the way that you would expect.
Am I using the right Operating System?
It is likely that you chose a computer that has a specific operating system you want to use. Most computers come with Microsoft so you will easier to download and install the software.
Can I use any computer for MAKE?
Make sure your computer with full specifications which provided in list of PC specifications because to avoid your computer hang or corrupted the file you developing in MAKE software.
Installation of Private Service Products
To use VIRNECT MAKE through private services, a private server must be installed. For installation, VIRNECT starts consultation with customers. According to the agreement, a VIRNECT representative visits the customer and proceeds with the installation.
Save email when logging in MAKE
When you log out, the saved email is also deleted. If you shut down and restart the program without logging out, the saved e-mail will be provided on the Login screen.
If I have forgot my account ID
Contact the user of the Workspace Administrator account (Master/ Manager).
Can I set Image Target other than QR Target?
Users can set an image as the target, unlike the existing QR/V target. If an image target is set, the image is tracked to implement content on MAKE.
The minimum size of an image is 300 x 300 pixel and maximum 2048 x 2048 pixel. File formats such as jpg, png, and jpeg can be used.
Is that the software need to update always ?
Yes for sure. The VIRNECT Make software need to update all times. Can check the updates on the VIRNECT homepage. [https://download.virnect.com/make]
What type of file and file capacity can Make's supported extensions ?
Images : png, jpg, jpeg (Maximum file size 10MB)
3D Model : obj, fbx, glb (Maximum file size 15MB)
Videos : mp4, avi (Maximum file size 100MB)
Why did my model lose materials after export/import ?
Export as GLB or embed textures. Always open the exported file in a fresh new project to confirm materials and UVs.
Best practice for object hierarchy ?
Parent UI/helpers under the main object. Use consistent naming (Model_Name, Model_Name_UI) and a simple folder structure to ease handoffs.
How to optimize 3D models for realtime ?
Use LODs, 512–1024px textures, and atlas textures where possible. Remove unseen geometry and simplify materials (avoid many shader variants).
Why does my textures look washed-out ?
Check color space (textures should be sRGB for albedo), ensure normal maps are marked correctly, and preview on device before the demo.
Password must be
A password must be between 8 and 20 characters and contain at least 3 combinations of uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (.,!,@,#,$,%, etc.). Consecutive numbers or 4 or more same letters cannot be used as a password.
Some restrictions on 3D model file extensions supported
The 3D model extensions supported in VIRNECT Make are .FBX and .OBJ.
As only polygon type meshes are supported, .FBX and .OBJ files in the form of Nurbs, Nurms, and Subdiv are not supported.
Some .FBX files saved in ASCII format are not supported.
Create an Object Group
You can create an Object Group by dragging an object selected as a subitem in the [Left Panel] to a parent-item using the mouse. The selected and dragged object becomes a sub-item.
In the current screen, one object group has been created by dragging the triangle object to the circle object.
A sub-object group has also been created by dragging the grouped objects (Circle 1 + Triangle 1) to another object (Square 1).
Resolution settings
It provides the Dynamic Resolution function and supports the following devices:
Android Phone (Galaxy S21 ~ S8, Note8 ~ 10)
iOS Phone (iPhone 12mini ~ 12max Pro)
Android Tablet (Galaxy Tab S4, 6, 7)
iOS Tablet (iPad 8TH Gen ~ iPad Pro 12TH Gen)
SmartGlass (HMT-1, Hololens2)
The base point and anchor must be set for the object.
Video object
A video object is created with the interaction [Touch (Trigger)-Play/Pause (Action)] active.
You can set the interaction for the video play according to your settings.
Paper object
A video object is created with the interaction [Touch (Trigger) - Play/Pause (Action)] set.
You can later change the settings for the interaction for video playback.
Asset capacity and content capacity
The content (Ares file) capacity may differ from the asset capacity as it includes the amount of content configuration data processed during the upload process. To see the final content capacity, check the content capacity after uploading.
Difference between Content and Project
Content (Ares file): A content created in Make should be uploaded to the Workstation to visualize it through View.
Project (mars file): A content created in Make should be uploaded to the Workstation to modify/edit it.
Import PowerPoint
You can import in local storage .PPT and .PPTX files (Up to 20 MB) from a PC where MS PowerPoint is installed to create a content.
Location Guide Practices
Only show one guide at a time. Hide the next object first, then show it after the current guide finishes (use a short fade animation).
Handle versioning
Use semantic naming (project_v20250918_01) and keep a short changelog describing major changes and test results.
