Can delete the files ?
You have permission to delete the files from the content and also project categories.
Can restore or backup files ?
Once the files deleted, cannot be restore and backup it.
Can I change my information registered on my account?
You can modify/change all personal information except for the email address registered at the time of signup. Log in to the homepage and go to the [Account Management] page.
What is the difference between VIRNECT Workstation and Workspace?
VIRNECT Workstation refers to a service that manages Workspace, a collaborative group that uses VIRNECT products and services together, and provides additional services using VIRNECT products. It manages product use, subscriptions, services, and users, keeps business security, and helps troubleshoot issues during product use.
Workspace means a collaborative group organized by a user by inviting their collaborators to use VIRNECT products and services. When signing up for the first time, a user can create a Workspace where they are the master.
Can I collaborate in creating content with other users content?
VIRNECT Make 2.0 allows you to share project files (.Mars) with other users and to collaborate on content creation.

Make sure you upload the files in correct path, content or projects. If can upload again refresh the VIRNECT Workstation.
What is the role of a Workspace master?
It means the user who created a Workspace. A master has all managerial roles related to the Workspace.

- Reviews reports on the management and results of all processes registered in the Workspace

What is the role of a Workspace manager?
It means the user who has been assigned the role of Workspace management from the master. (Plan subscription and payment can be done only by the master)

What is the role of a Workspace member?
