With VIRNECT View, task information such as work manual or safety guide and operation data from IoT sensor to SCADA will be right in front of the users' sights. Also, important data will be checked directly on the site that help users to intuitively understand the problem. In the end, VIRNECT View will enable users to come up with right decision making and faster problem solving.
Coping with the Workload Using One Single Device
Compatible with wide range of devices such as SmartGlasses, web browser, smart phone, tablet and Hololens 2.
Reinforcing Task execution & Reporting protocol
The users can edit and check the AR content based on the on-site environment. In case the internet connection is not valid, content can still be augmented from the APP.
Supporting Offline Environment
Task information contents can be downloaded in advance, which enables users to work offline as well. Users don't need to set up all the network in every work space any more with VIRNECT View.
Products with the Linkage Ensuring the Expansion of the System
VIRNECT View can be linked with other products of the VIRNECT, which ensures the expansion of the system. Interconnected products builds stronger bonds among factory managing systems, which leads to maximization of the efficiency in operation.
Various device compatibility
Complete tasks using devices that fit for purpose, such as MS HoloLens 2 for XR augmentation, smart phones or tablets for AR augmentation.
Performance Inquiry and Fulfillment
List of the tasks that has been assigned to workers can be checked and tasks can be done in accordance with the AR Guide. Also, progress of the task and feedbacks from the previous works can be checked as well.
Visualization of Customized Content for on-site
The users can edit and check the AR content based on the on-site environment. Internet connection is not necessary to check a content.
Task History and Reporting
Tasks being done in the site can be reported right through the system. Graphic description of the site is guaranteed with the image files and feedbacks of the inspectors of the site.
AR Visualization of the Managing/IoT Information
Efficiently operate by figuring out the real-time process status though augmenting process information and equipment data on the actual component. (Limited for on-premise).

You may can contact the user of the Workspace Administrator account (Master, Manager).
How the content service work?
Content produced in VIRNECT Make can be registered in the form of “content” in VIRNECT Workstation. You can see registered “content” in VIRNECT View.
How the task service work?
Uploaded “content” can be managed in the form of “task” including information such as task schedule, progress, assignee in VIRNECT Workstation. “Tasks” converted from content can be viewed as tasks assigned to a user in VIRNECT View.
Save mail to Log In VIRNECT View App in Phone/Tablet

If the file uploaded not available in VIRNECT View app?
Make sure the file you develop uploaded properly in VIRNECT Make software. Once uploaded, please refer to the workspace which is VIRNECT Workstation. It will show the content list which uploaded.
Can remove or delete the files by phone/tablet/HoloLens 2?
Cannot. Once the files uploaded in content or project, you may only have permission delete the files in VIRNECT Workstation.
If the VIRNECT View app cannot be open in phone/tablet/HoloLens 2?
Make sure the app always updated. And also can uninstall the app, reinstall run the app. Sometimes because of the server it can cause the apps also.
Why is my View scene jittery ?
Reduce polycount, limit the size of each assets and reuse assets if possible.
Save photos
Photos taken in [Trouble Memo (TM), Issues, and Paper] are saved on the device.
It is saved as "Screen Capture_{Date Time}" in the Internal Memory\DCIM\VIRNECT View folder.
Start a subtask
If a subtask is not assigned to the user or the deadline has passed, the [Start] button becomes inactive and you cannot enter the [Scan target] Screen.
Learn more for stable use
VIRNECT View can be used in a dark environment, on surfaces without defined boundaries, or for objects with white, shiny, or reflective surfaces; however, content visualized in such environments can easily be distorted.
If AR content is moved too quickly or if the camera that the device is facing is moved too quickly after visualizing, the visualized content may be distorted.
Selecting tasks and subtasks
After scanning a target by selecting a subtask from [Subtask List], the content visualization screen will come up without you selecting a separate subtask.
After scanning a target by selecting a task from [Task List], you need to select a subtask.
[Content Screen Menu] of Content Service and Task Service
[Content Screen Menu] of Content Service and Task Service shows different item names depending on the service.
In Task Service, the item of [Issues] is added, unlike Content Service.
[End] to report the progress rate
For Task Service, if you leave the [Subtask] currently being visualized, a window to confirm whether to [Report the current task progress] comes up.
Augmented Reality Mode
Augmented Reality Mode visualizes a product created in VIRNECT Make for mobile devices. Content that is visualized in augmented reality mode is augmented based on the target.
Assisted Reality Mode
Assisted Reality Mode visualizes a product created in VIRNECT Make for SmartGlasses (Realwear HMT-1). Content that is visualized in assisted reality mode is displayed based on the screen of the user’s device.
Position Correction
Position Correction is used for distorted visualization while checking AR content with VIRNECT View Scan the target or plane and reset the reference coordinates for visualization.
Content Tools
Content Tools allow you to zoom in and out, move, and rotate a visualized content (= task) through mobile gestures on VIRNECT View. This function is used when a visualized content looks too small or too large and when you want to see a different side of the content or to move it to another place. The playback, animation, and interaction of an object are not available while using Content Tools.
Screen object
[Screen] object refers to an object created in VIRNECT Make whose reference coordinates are set based on the screen of the user device, not the target.
Since it is visualized based on the user screen, a [Screen] object is optimized to visualize content that is easy to view on a plane (e.g., equipment drawings, manual document images, photos or graphs, tables, checklists, paper objects, etc.).
[Trouble Memo (TM)] and [Issues]
In Task Service, [Trouble Memo (TM)] and [Issues] have the same method of taking photos and inputting information to report them to the administrator, but there are also differences as follows :-
With [Trouble Memo(TM)], you take pictures and report before and after starting a [Task].
[Issues] are to take photos and report things to be reported within the current task (= subtask).
[Paper Object]-[Text Type]
You can enter up to 255 characters in the [Text Type] field.
If [Paper Object] has been set to [Screen Object], you cannot enter text while [Screen] is inactive.
